WELL SAID ROYCE. Since watching the show you seem to me, like a person that stands her grounds and wont have a problem with saying everything you said in this letter to Tammie and all the others. The saddest part of it all is that Royce you I think are the youngest one but you act a lot more mature than most of them who are way older. I will admit it though Royce, you kind of bugged me a little with the whole DAD scene. I understand your feelings were hurt but I just wish you had just told him everything you said but without all the hysterical whining and crying. However, I do think it's time that dad faces the reality that you are not a baby anymore and you have to make your own choices in life.

I happen to like tammi very much. Many people view her as being a bully and or trouble maker. She can be a real good friend to you. She the type who can sniff out fakeness from the jump, but give people a fair chance until you come sideways. I myself never liked keisha and knew she was a fake from the gate. I'm glad tam called her out for who she is. Royce ain't no real friend. She should have brought the issue to tammi. Clearly she's double sided too. Tam just be you.

I wouldn't get a father anything on Mother's Day, because he's not a MOTHER. I celebrate them on THEIR day, Father's Day, just as I wouldn't get a MOTHER anything, nor acknowledge them, on Father's Day. If the two were meant to be celebrated TOGETHR, it would be called, Parent's Day!

While I do commend both parties for sticking with their responsibilties in being parents to their children, it is my belief that women can only be MOTHERS and men, FATHERS! I don't know a single man, nor have I ever heard one, make any mention of acknowledgement on Mother's Day! They give women their day to shine and it should be reciprocated! These are just MY thoughts from my own personal experience; the thoughts of others are respected.

I think black women see life completely different than other women because of our HIStory and because of how our black men have been treated and how they treat us. I know plenty of white women or other women of color who can roll their necks and pop their gum and do the "sista girl" just as well as we can. I think Hino's few personal experiences have left a bad taste in his mouth, but his experiences doesn't account for the attitudes of all black women. Sometimes men have to think about who they attract and who they are attracted to. In regards to being adventurous, I could say the same about black men, they don't like experiencing new and exciting things, however that has been my limited experience. I have also met a few black men who like to travel, go hiking, camping, white water rafting, museums etc. You have to seek someone who is cultured when you're looking for someone adventurous. Not your average hood cat who only knows what's around "the way." Feel me? Same with men looking for adventurous women. Stop looking just at the video chicks in your 10 block radius. Get out of your city limits.

When you reach the office, someone from the HR department will take care of your induction process and filling up of all the joining forms.
